1. What tolerance standards do you guarantee?

We assure that our factory adheres to ISO 2768 standards for all CNC machined parts. For parts

machined with metals, we strictly follow ISO 2768-m (medium) or ISO 2768-f (fine) standards.

In the case of parts machined with plastics, we comply with 2768-m (medium) standards.

While geometric tolerances as tight as ± 0.0004 inches (0.010 mm) are attainable, it is imperative

that they are clearly specified in the technical drawings.

We can achieve even finer tolerances on shafts, with up to H7 fits, through manual quoting and,

on occasion, even tighter ones.

2. What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can machine?

We offer a wide range of CNC machining services, including CNC milling (3-axis, 3+2-axis, and 5-axis)

and turning.

When it comes to milled parts, our capabilities extend to dimensions of up to 2000 x 1500 x 200 mm

(78.7 x 59.0 x 7.8 in.)

for 3/3+2 axis CNC milling, while for 5-axis milling, the maximum part size accommodated is

650 x 650 x 300 mm (25.5 x 25.5 x 11.8 in.).

For CNC turning, we can handle parts with a maximum diameter of 431mm (17 in.) and a length

of 990 mm (39 in.).

On the smaller end, we recommend minimum part dimensions of around 0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches

(10 x 10 x 10mm), with a minimum feature dimension of 0.5 mm.

3. What cosmetic standards do you guarantee?

Our commitment to quality ensures that deburring and edge breaking are standard procedures for all

CNC machined parts. In cases where there are specific edges that need to remain sharp, it is crucial

to clearly specify them in the technical drawings.

Furthermore, we guarantee that the surfaces of the machined parts will be free from any defects,

including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, blemishes, and hanging marks.

Surfaces that are designated as critical, especially the primary (a) side as indicated in the technical

drawing, will be completely free from any mill steps or other marks.

For the secondary (b) side, minor hanging marks and up to 2 minor defects are within acceptable limits.

Our commitment to delivering high-quality results extends to post-processing and finishing methods that

can be employed to enhance surface roughness, improve visual properties, and increase wear resistance

for machined parts.
