Professional Precision CNC Machining Making Milling Parts CNC Lathe Service Custom
Milled Maching Aluminum Block CNC Parts
CNC machining, short for computer numerical control machining, is a subtractive manufacturing
technique that utilizes computerized controls and specialized machine tools to sculpt and shape
materials by removing layers from a solid block.
Precise cuts are programmed based on specific tools and machinery, which execute the machining
process autonomously.
Product Details
CNC machines excel at cutting a wide range of materials, including aluminum, bronze, copper,
ceramics, plywood, various steel types, stone, wood, zinc, and numerous engineering materials.
This versatility makes them perfect for crafting prototypes during product development.
With CNC milling, you can easily fine-tune and make precise adjustments until you achieve the
desired final product, offering accuracy and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

FAQ's
1. How can I ensure my design is confidential?
We can sign the NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) with our customers before quoting or placing
an order.
2. What formats of the files can you accept?
We can accept most of the 3D file formats like SolidWorks (.sldprt)/ ProE(.prt) / IGES(.igs) /
STEP (.stp).
We can also use 2D drawing (.pdf) or AutoCAD (.dwg) for quote against the parts with simple
structure.
All the other files formats are not listed above but can be read in AutoCAD/ProE/SolidWorks/
will be also fine for us.
3. Do you offer Quick-Turn CNC Machining?
Certainly! We provide rapid turnaround times for CNC machining, with the option for many parts
to be completed in just 3-4 days.
We also offer an expedited service, and our dedicated team collaborates closely with you to ensure
your most urgent deadlines are met.
4. What are your shipping terms?
Our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW) for both rapid prototyping and regular production
orders.
Under EXW terms, the customer is responsible for all aspects of shipping, customs clearance, and
associated fees once the goods have been dispatched from our facility.
For express shipments, we utilize Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that the client is
responsible for settling any import duties upon the goods' arrival at their designated destination.
