1. What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can machine?
Our CNC machining services encompass CNC milling (3-axis, 3+2-axis, and 5-axis) as well as
turning. For 3/3+2-axis CNC milling, we can machine parts with dimensions up to
2000 x 1500 x 200 mm (78.7 x 59.0 x 7.8 in.).
In the case of 5-axis milling, the maximum part size is 650 x 650 x 300 mm
(25.5 x 25.5 x 11.8 in.). For CNC turning, we can handle parts with a maximum diameter of
431 mm (17 in.) and a length of 990 mm (39 in.).
Recommended minimum part dimensions are approximately 10 x 10 x 10 mm
(0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 in.), and feature dimensions should not go below 0.5 mm.
It's important to note that our platform has a limitation of a maximum part size of
1000 mm (39 in.). If your project requires dimensions beyond this limit,
please contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs.
2. How much do CNC machining materials cost?
The cost of CNC machining materials is diverse and depends on the chosen material,
with variations in prices based on their physical properties.
A wide range of materials is available for CNC machining, each carrying a distinct price tag.
Aluminum 6061 stands out as the most economical choice for producing metal parts.
If affordability is a priority, ABS is the most budget-friendly option.
The ease of machining also influences costs, as seen with stainless steel.
Due to its hardness compared to aluminum, machining stainless steel is more challenging,
contributing to an elevated total cost.
3. What shipping terms do you operate under?
Our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW) for both rapid prototyping and regular
production orders. In this scenario, the customer takes charge of shipping, customs clearance,
and any related fees once the goods have been dispatched from our premises.
For express shipments, we employ Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This places the responsibility
on the client to cover the import duty upon the goods' arrival at the specified destination.
